All products are laboriously made by hand so we have a rather strict return/exchange policy; however, we will certainly attempt to ensure your happiness with the product.

All sale merchandise is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. For all full price in-stock items (non-custom pieces), returns / exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase. 

If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact [email protected] to discuss resolution. For returns, a refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchased within 7 days of receiving your returned product.  For exchanges, the difference will either be charged or refunded to the original payment method.  In order to facilitate a return/exchange, please send an email to [email protected]
